教練均具備同理心且充滿教學熱誠,樂於教導各種程度的學員。
不論你是健身初學者還是已有一定健身經驗的人士,我們都希望能夠在健身旅程上與你一同進步!

我因為做deadlift 會下背痛,就的起心肝搵PT。ig 見到Sean成日share好多做gym有用既資料,所以搵左Sean做教練。Sean用心教導,好有耐性教我每一下動作,跟左Sean 先知道之前deadlift 既發力點錯左,改正返就無再痛。 教練有禮貌好nice, 佢會適當地push我去進步,每次想放棄時教練都鼓勵我,最後原來真係可以比以前更進步😆 見住自己做既姿勢岩返、重量同次數多左係好滿足既事,每次上完堂都會好爽同有抒發既感覺。除左做gym, Sean會睇埋我飲食,夏天既時候就好幫到手修身 🤭 另外,Fitness Journey 地點方便易去,鄰近上環地鐵站,gym room 乾淨企理,器械新正亦足夠~

An excellent experience with Sean since my trial class a year ago. We had a detailed discussion so he could understand my lifestyle, diet, goal & motivations and past experience with weight training. The program he designed for me is fit for purpose. Each new routine was demonstrated with training theory explained thoroughly. Sean is very attentive to spot my errors in posture/movement or wrong muscle group connections. Overall, I trusted him as a weight training beginner a year ago and still enjoy training with him very much after a year. Sean’s fitness studio was well equipped for my program. Equipment was cleaned with antibacterial wipes at the end of each private session I had. I could smell Dettol often during my class as well which gave me confidence that Sean sanitise the studio on a regular basis.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 小組班適合什麼人士參加?

小組班適合大部份人士參加尤其初學者。

此外,銀髮族亦適合參加,教練會因應學員體能調整訓練內容及訓練強度。

可以的,假如學生只有一人報名,我們可嘗試協助尋找其他學員組成一班。

每一期小組班為5堂,每個學員最多有2次機會提出更改課堂時間。

此外提出更改課堂時間需要在上課前至少6小時前提出,否則將不能更改時間,而未能出席課堂亦不會安排補課。

我們十分鼓勵大家在課堂以外自主訓練,因此教練會提供基本訓練課表給學員在日常到健身室自行訓練。

如上課前3小時內天文台發出黑雨、8號風球或以上,課堂將會取消。

假如上課前3小時內天文台發出黃雨/紅雨/3號風球或以下,課堂將如常舉行。

只需攜帶運動服及運動鞋。

另外我們設有飲用水機,學員只需自備水樽即可。
